**Job description**

**The Client Services Case Handler** role acts as a first point of contact for our customers to ensure that the organisation understands and satisfies the customers requirements and to help build and maintain those relationships. Our customers range from solicitors, councils, immigration services and private clients and you will be preparing documents such as quotations, orders, letters, reports, invoices and assist in the coordination of the sample collections.

1 years experience in an office environment is essential with the ability to manage a busy caseload.

**What will I be responsible for ?**

Reporting into the Client Services Team Leader the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard in accordance with customer requirements and company targets.

**Your tasks will involve**:

- Acting as a first point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining relationships through outstanding service
- Work closely with our regions Telephone Sales Executives
- Provide timely, accurate support to our Sample Collection team for your region
- Provide general advice to our clients on how best we can meet their testing requirements
- Prepare documents for clients, such as quotations, orders, letters and reports ensuring quality checks are completed
- Prepare, send and track post
- Prepare, send quotations understanding price lists and following up
- Enter order forms on our bespoke customer management system, accurately checking requirements, fully and acknowledge new instructions
- Develop excellent customer relations

Hours are 40 hours per week worked in the office Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 17:00 pm. Once a week 9:30 am - 18:00 pm and a Saturday morning on a rota system 8:30 am - 12:30 pm when fully trained.

The ability to drive is essential due to our location near Badersfield.
