Cocktail Mixologist

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to recipes
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Create signature drinks or adapt recipes to meet customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bartending
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Willingness to help other team members during busy periods

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Expected hours: 1 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
