Football Coach

Assure Coaching are looking for a coach to come on board to help assist running a couple of local football teams

- Develop and implement effective training programs for the clubs football players
- Plan and organise training sessions to improve the players abilities and team cohesion
- Evaluate the teams performance and provide constructive feedback for any areas of improvement
- Develop game plans and strategies for the remainder of the season
- Motivate and inspire players to give their best effort on and off the field
- Ensure the safety of players by enforcing proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with other coaches

'''Experience'''
- Previous experience as a football coach or player is preferred
- Strong knowledge of football e.g. the rules of the youth game
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for football and a desire to help players reach their full potential
