She Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Highways team based in Northamptonshire supporting the West & North Northamptonshire contracts & Nordis Signs on all aspects of SHEA. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days holiday plus bank holiday with the option to buy/sell, fantastic matched pension scheme and even more.

**Location**: Northamptonshire - Site and office based with some agile working

**Contract**: Permanent, Fulltime

**Salary**: £35k - £42K

**Responsibilities**

As a SHE Advisor, you’ll actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.

Your day to day will include:

- support the continued development of Kier’s Safety Health and Environmental Management System
- undertake Site, Depot and Office Health and Safety Inspections
- liaise with Kier Occupational Health team to provide health & wellbeing support for Kier employees across the contract
- support Kier Highways SHEA Director and the wider Kier SHEA team

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if have:

- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)
- Full Driving Licence
