**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for reviewing purchase orders and handling any invoicing queries, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address any invoicing queries or discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant departments as needed to resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximised.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
