- Oversee and promote a safety culture. Manage the warehouse team to maximize productivity and efficiency, whilst encouraging their personal and technical development. Manage warehouse workload by allocating staff resources, monitoring progress, and taking corrective action where necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure that staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. Responsible for KPI’s, standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend and contribute to weekly planning meetings
- Liaise with the Operations Manager about daily and weekly tasks
- Daily briefings with the warehouse shifts
- Oversee day to day actions of the warehouse team
- Monitor and report any FLT defects to the Operations Manager
- To liaise with the other Team Leaders, Re-Marketing Manager and Logistics team about inbound assets
- To monitor and correct any miscounts
- To carry out new staff inductions
- To carry out new training with all warehouse staff
- Keep the processing area a clean and safe place to work
- To always have the processing area audit ready (ISO, ADISA etc)
- Manage attendance including BTW’s and absence management review meetings
- Quarterly stock audits
- Support other Team Leaders

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of working within a team setting
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Good numeracy, verbal and written communication skills, able to deliver clear and concise instructions to a team
- Ability to multi-task, plan and organise work
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items
- An understanding of health and safety requirements
- Flexibility towards duties and tasks, especially during times of cover
- Good understanding of working to targets/goals
- Dexterity to work on delicate components
