Project Coordinator Overview:

- You will be creating folders for new projects in SharePoint
- You will be required to manage these project folders to ensure our documentation standards are maintained
- Throughout your role you will organise meetings for Project Managers and attend and record meetings with Project Managers
- You will be required to update and maintain our finance spreadsheet
- Liaising with suppliers whilst collating pricing, availability and lead time information
- Manage and progress all requests for contract documentation
- Publish draft MSAs and Publish NDAs
- You will process customer contract documentation to completion
- Manage customer Microsoft Tenant Index
- Manage Subscriptions to Service Order Index
- You will raise new customer contracting forms

Project Coordinator Requirements:

- We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and client facing
