Trainee Comms Consultant

Midpoint communications are an independent B2B communications provider based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

We have partnered up with some of the largest names in the technology/telecoms world, to provide hosted voice licenses and hardware, infrastructure, connectivity, dedicated leased line circuits, mobiles and more.

Following on from a whole new rebrand, we are looking to recruit 2 new staff members to kick off our brand new sales team.

Junior comms consultant:
£20-25k basic salary

+ commission

+ progression

+ personal development programme

1st year OTE - £27k

2nd year OTE - £32.5k

3rd year OTE - £50k

The role
- Outreach and build rapport with businesses/business owners to introduce our services, gather information about services they currently use and promote our company brand.
- Hold scoping sessions to find opportunities and confidently be able to present a recommendation based on specific requirements and previous experiences.
- Research and identify potential new customers and opportunities.
- Develop own pipeline for future sales opportunities.
- Upsell and cross sell to your own accounts which you will manage.
- Hit weekly targets

**Requirements**:

- 3 years sales experience
- Preferably some experience in the telecoms/IT support/technology sector.
- Must be able to show basic knowledge of the services we provide.
- Must be able to confidently and clearly communicate over the phone, with a variety of business owners who come from a wide range of business sectors.

Dealers/resellers

Profit share scheme.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bletchley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
