- Support students' emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to ensure students' progress and needs are met effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the learning environment.
