We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation, and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

We have an exciting opening for a marketing specialist to join a high-profile new start-up business unit: Cambridge Online Education (COE). COE is focused on supporting online education programmes at the University of Cambridge.

**The Role**

The Marketing Executive will play a central role in the marketing team, managing the marketing of a range of courses under the Cambridge Advance Onlinebrand. Cambridge Advance Online is an ambitious programme of online courses for professionals from the University of Cambridge.

This is a varied role that will be working closely with stakeholders from the University of Cambridge and Cambridge University Press & Assessment to build the differentiation of the course at inception, through crafting go to market plans and execute creative targeted marketing campaigns. There is huge scope for development within this fast-growing business.

**About you**
- Be a skilled digital marketer
- With strong communication and presentation skills, able to adapt style and level of detail according to stakeholder requirements.
- Have a customer-first approach, with the ability to improve and optimise marketing campaigns and workflows based on market research, trends, and analytics.
- A creative thinker, with the confidence to voice new ideas and speak to new campaign strategies.
- With strong collaboration skills - capable of working with stakeholders across business functions.
- Have close attention to detail when writing and proofing copy for marketing campaigns.
- Be flexible approach to working with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work with colleagues across time zones.
- Experience of direct to customer (B2C) marketing tactics, ideally to sales targets.
