Horticulturist

County Garden Management specialise in tailored garden design, landscaping and garden management. We provide practical and thoughtful solutions to garden and grounds maintenance, crafting personal planting schemes, consulting on specialist one off landscape projects and implementing garden designs into builds.

We are currently looking for full-time experienced horticulturists to join the garden maintenance team in our Great Bardfield and Chelmsford branches.

You will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience alongside our other experienced horticulturists whilst passing your skills and knowledge onto our enthusiastic team of trainee gardeners.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- General garden maintenance
- Soft Landscaping
- Planting
- Pruning
- Designing new planting schemes
- Managing client relationships

**Essential**:

- Driving License and own transport
- Experience working within horticulture or horticultural qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
