**Marketing Executive**

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support our client with their Marketing. The client is people-centric and passionate about delivering outstanding construction in a transparent and collaborative manner.

**Package**:
£18,000 - £22,000 (based on 20 hours/week)

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Raise the profile of the company ensuring all collateral is consistently on brand, accurate and targeted appropriately
- Co-ordinate re-design of the website with web designers and thereafter, maintain the website and keeping it up to date
- Collate and produce regular newsletters
- Manage the social media presence to raise the company profile and increase engagement
- Organise promotions, press releases and events, photographs and images - before, during and after construction
- Collate project leads for the director and follows up as appropriate
- Arrange and attend industry promotions and careers events
- Prepare corporate information for bids and promotions
- Maintain database of clients and consultants
- Obtain customer feedback, testimonials and collate - monitor trends
- Researching customers and competitors

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Previous marketing experience or relevant qualification
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- IT Skills, Microsoft package, website (WordPress) and Canva
- Digital marketing skills
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and the ability to work to deadlines
- Flexibility
