**What Global Talent Acquisition does at Worldwide**

**What you will do**
- Market insights - gather insights into the job market to understand where to find talent and how to attract them. This includes knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and ensure that sourcing strategies are aligned with the company’s needs.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Knowledge and proven experience of recruiting in the CRO (Clinical Research) industry
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Good ‘selling’ qualities (ability to represent WCT as a first-class potential employer and to enhance the public image of WCT as an employer)

**Your background**
- Relevant recruiting experience in the CRO industry
- Language skills beyond English: whilst not essential, is a distinct advantage
