This is an exciting opportunity for a housing professional with experience of working in Neighbourhood Management. To be a key member of the Tenancy Services Section, you will be responsible for initiating a pro-active tenancy and neighbourhood management response and pro-actively resolving all related issues within a defined management area.

You will support the Council’s move to a more place-based approach, working to instil community cohesion and community pride, working with and alongside residents to tackle issues and bring about positive change.

This post has a Mobile Office Based Work Style. Details of the characteristics of this work style can be found in the attached Smarter Working policy.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include a Basic DBS check.
