**The details**

Our apprentice scheme is an 18-month learning and development programme. You’ll get on the job learning from our experts, coupled with top quality classroom-based training, starting with the Level 3 Information Communication Technician standard. You’ll also get to work with the latest technology and biggest 3rd party products to deliver our managed services, as well as the opportunity to complete vendor qualifications.

You will be with one of our core technical support teams who are the first point of contact for all customer queries. Our team works at pace to resolve issues quickly, whilst giving the best customer service. With quality of work, attention to detail and reliability being part of the core beliefs and foundations of the team, it is essential to meeting the demands of this ever-changing department.

We’re proud to say that 100% of our apprentices have passed, with 80% achieving a distinction rate. At the ANS Academy, we’ll give you the right support to reach your full potential.

**What you will do**
- Work with your team leader on any quality related issues
- Understand, maintain, and deliver the current service desk procedures
- Be customer-focused and drive continuous service improvement for your team
- Manage own ticket queue and assist others where appropriate
- Manage incidents, changes and problems and resolve within the service level agreements (SLAs)
- Keep customers updated with their issue and when it has been resolved
