Groves Health continues to see steady growth in the services we provide, and we currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist & Administrator to join our team in Groves Vineyard Surgery, Wimbledon SW19 7JL.

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrative assistant or someone with transferrable skills who is good with people and can balance a varying workload? The Reception teams across Groves Health are the lynchpin of our business and support the Group to provide a first class service to our patients and the wider community.

**The role:

- **This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to have exposure to different parts of Reception/Administration on a rotating basis within a busy GP surgery. Some of your duties will include:

- Booking telephone appointments with patients
- Responding to patient queries via the Practice website dashboard
- Greeting patients when they arrive in the Practice and dealing with queries
- Calling patients on behalf of GP's to book appointments and relay information
- Managing incoming mail and distributing/scanning accordingly
- On occasion opening and closing the Practice
- Working with outside agencies such as Pharmacies and Care homes for patient care
- Registering new patients
- Using Practice software such as EMIS, Docman (training provided) and Office products
- Confident and personable individual with the skill set to liaise with a diverse range of patients and colleagues
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work within a busy environment with varying business need
- Skilled in workload management
- Excellent customer service skills with the patience to listen and find resolution
- Conscientious of the work we do and the community we serve
