**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assembly**: Perform the assembly of products or components using the equipment provided.

**Speed and Efficiency**: Work at a fast pace to meet production targets.

**Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address any defects or issues promptly.

**Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and any issues encountered during assembly.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth production flow and problem-solving.

**Efficiency Improvements**: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance assembly efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.

**Training**: Assist in training new assembly operators and ensuring they understand and follow established procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in assembly work in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to them.

**Work Environment**: A manufacturing facility. You will need to stand for extended periods and undertake physical work.
