This specialist school has residential provisions that provides support to children and young adults from 4 to 19 years old, with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and associated learning difficulties.

As a Student Assistant, you will be working one to one with students of varying ages and in small groups, managing some challenging behaviours and assisting in the classroom. Personal care is also involved in this role as day-to-day care for students willbe needed. There are different rotas available (for different hours of the day).

Experience to handle (and move) students who need personal care in the right manner (A practical moving and handling certificate is required)
