**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience preferences.
- Conceptualise and execute creative designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, social media content and brand logos, maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
- Utilise motion design tools and animation techniques to bring static designs to life and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts and strategies.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind each concept.
- Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and integrity across all brand touchpoints.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Senior Creative/Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development projects, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
- Expertise in brand strategy development, with a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as motion design tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate.
- Experience managing a team of designers, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Pay: £28,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
