**Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off**

**Pay: £11.50 per hour plus 10%**

**Job Purpose**:To carry out warehouse duties following all relevant company procedures and adhering to company policies.

**3. Key Tasks / Responsibilities**:
Principle Accountabilities & Objectives
- Loading of vehicles following the correct procedures.
- Unloading and marshalling of pallets following the correct procedures.
- Be able to communicate and work with the transport teams to ensure loading/unloading times are adhered to.
- Ensure correct dress code (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn at all times.
- Follow clean as you go policy so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
- Report any Health and Safety issue to supervisor/manager.

People/Personal Management
- Encourage team members to develop and learn.
- Build working relationships with peers and work colleagues both within the department and throughout the company.
- Operate to high moral, personal and appearance standards and encourage team to do the same.
- Ensure staff work within health and safety guidelines.

Information Management
- Ensure information is recorded correctly on daily sheets and highlight any issues to team.
- Communicate with your team daily too ensure they understand targets and schedules
- Liaise with Stock Controllers and booking in staff with regards to stock movement

Skills/Knowledge and Qualifications
- Trained on all relevant equipment within the warehouse
- Trained in the use of computer stock system
- The ability to communicate with people within your area and other areas of the business
