**What you’ll do at HammerTech**

As our regional marketing all-rounder, you’ll play a lead role in our digital, PR, brand and content marketing and more for our UK and Ireland operations.

You’ll partner with the VP of Marketing to develop, execute and own a marketing strategy to establish market leadership, increase acquisition, improve loyalty and empower our customers. You’ll balance execution with analysis to create sound, inspiring and data-backed marketing campaigns. Autonomously and collaboratively, you'll work with a style that emphasizes authenticity, transparency, and commitment to bettering the construction industry and the people who build our world.

In your day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with Brand and Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and industry partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute creative integrated campaigns to help achieve regional goals including brand awareness, demand and retention.
- Stay on top of industry developments, news, and trends so that we publish content that helps and resonates with HammerTechs's target prospects and customers.
- In partnership with sales and SMEs, participate in, sponsor and secure speaking slots at industry events.
- Partner with sales to develop, coordinate, and promote creative in-person networking opportunities that connect prospects with customers.
- Align closely with inside sales while continually measuring, optimizing, and reporting out on campaign efforts to demonstrate material contribution to global pipeline generation.
- You’ll become the in-market expert that contributes to the regional strategy and market positioning. As our local marketer, you’ll network and build local relationships in the industry (construction technology and construction) to build the brand and gather market intelligence.

- Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in relevant B2B marketing.
- CMS, Marketing Automation and CRM system experience - HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent writing, copy writing and editing skills.
- Passionate and excited about our space: construction, labour workforce, technology, safety and optimising construction workflows are all topics that should excite you deeply. Construction or Enterprise Software as a Service experience is desirable.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
