**£10.00 per hour**

**22 hours per week**:
**Monday 8:30am - 6:00pm**

**Tuesday 1:00pm - 6:00pm**

**Wednesday 8:30am - 6:00pm**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated Patient Services Advisor to join the team at Stratton Medical Centre to assist in all aspects of reception duties.

Phone and front desk duties are rostered, with the majority of the working day spent talking directly to patients over the telephone guiding them towards the most appropriate service.

In order to meet our minimum requirements, you must have skills/experience in the following:

- Working in an office environment
- Working in a customer/patient facing role
- Administration
- Working in a team
- Skills in a range of computer packages

COVID-19 considerations:
As a healthcare setting we require staff and patients to wear masks at all times. Staff are required to carry out lateral flow tests twice a week.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratton, EX23 9BP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
