Our prestigious client is seeking a person with experience in Sustainability, assisting the line Manager. Role would suit a focused, detail orientated and highly motivated individual with a passion for creating positive social impact. This role will be essentialin strengthening and communicating the company’s sustainability efforts as well as our commitment to our Sustainability and Environmental goals.

**Role & Responsibilities for the Sustainability Coordinator**:

- Engage with clients to provide accurate sustainability information and requirements across the organisation, acting as the main point of contact for all sustainability-related queries.
- Research innovative methods to increase company-wide sustainability efforts.
- Build relationship networks and establish sustainable brand partnerships, spanning from production companies to the supply chain.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure consistent, accurate and engaging sustainability messaging.
- Create a sustainable policy document and strategy to support ongoing Company efforts with a roadmap of actionable activities.
- Produce the annual sustainability report.
- Produce reports for each production to highlight sustainability efforts during the production period. Supporting our clients in driving our joint effort in managing our carbon footprint.
- Work with the team to increase sustainability efforts and develop more sustainable options.
- Work closely with outsourced partner companies to measure and manage the reduction of the Company environmental carbon footprint.
- Develop internal/external communications and marketing initiatives to support ongoing sustainable efforts.
- Ad-hoc projects and activities as directed by senior management.

**Essential Skills & Attributes for the Sustainability Coordinator**:

- Knowledge and understanding of sustainability concepts.
- Experience managing communications and confident communicating both internally and externally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
- Logical and patient approach to problem solving.
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
