Job Title: Scheduler

Location: Durrington

Type: Permanent

Hours: 1 x role Monday to Wednesday 07:30am -16:00pm, Thursday and Friday - 07:30am - 15:00pm

1 in 6 bank Holidays and 2 x roles 07:30-19:00 Monday to Friday (on a shift basis) Sat & Sun 08:00-16:00 one in 6

1 Bank holiday a year

**Salary**: £22,100 including a comprehensive benefits package, company related bonus, Bupa Healthcare and Pension

Water is a human beings most valuable commodity. At Southern Water we need to make sure that our customers are receiving a continuous supply of fresh water and just as importantly, we have an obligation to protect the environment in the best way we can by dealing with wastewater issues that comply with environmental standards.

The heart of Southern Water. That’s where you will be situated if you join this busy, proactive, and varied role. The operatives in the field have a crucial role to ensure that customers have continuous access to sustainable, high-quality water and wastewater service. Your role is no less crucial, because without the scheduling team to plan and organise the work for our operatives our customers wouldn’t have access to planned or reactive repairs. We have built a dedicated and cost-effective team which ensures that our front-line workers have the right equipment, time, and resources to deliver an outstanding service and we want you to part of our exciting growth.

You will be the heart and soul of speaking to several stakeholders, including District and Field Performance Managers where you will be attending regular meetings to discuss and review area performance.

All we ask from you is that you have experience within Customer Service, as doing this role you will need to be confident to speak to customers and stakeholders. You will have excellent time management skills and be adaptable to change. While there are some elements of the job that will have set structure, this role really does hold the saying no two days are the same.
