We are currently recruiting for a Digital Insights Lead to join in an exciting new role.

In this role you will
- Manage a small team of specialists and lead the delivery of co-authored work resulting in scaled self-service solutions across multiple channels (browser, chatbot)
- Prototype and quickly deliver best in class draft visualisations using an Agile methodology for business feedback
- Develop re-usable visualisation or widget libraries and promote their usage in papers and other forums
- Play a leading role in consulting with stakeholders to understand business problems and design data-driven solutions
- Identify and action opportunities to improve actionable insights in existing HR reporting tools e.g. People Insights.
- Lead engagement sessions to promote increased usage of digital products across HR and beyond

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:

- Skills in Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS); certification as Power BI Data Analyst is essential
- Skills in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform including workflow automation and AI bot development
- Experience delivering digital transformation as part of a cross-functional team using Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology is essential
- Experience in leading and coaching small teams is desirable

This is a hybrid home with travel to the London office to connect in person.
