We are looking to recruit female healthcare assistants with complex care experience to work with a 31 yr old woman with a diagnosis of Pontcerebellar Hypoplasia, profound muscle weakness, undiagnosed genetic disorder with elements of cerebral palsy. She is very calm, fun loving, has a great sense of humour and loves staff chatting to her. we provide shadow shifts to ensure you feel comfortable, and a team of support available whenever you need it.

We are looking for the following key skills.
- **Tracheostomy & Ventilation Experience**:

- Trache Tube Change
- Ventilation Via Tracheostomy
- Very good Complex Care background
- Communication
- Driver
- Manual handling
- 12 months minimum Uk based experience

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we provide the following.

- Rotas booked in advance
- Full clinical support 24/7 - we are here when you need us
- Mileage allowance
