Experienced Fencer

To take the lead role on work sites, coordinating and communicating with site operatives, clients and management.
- Perform tasks involving physical labour at building, highway, and construction/agricultural projects.
- Operate plant, hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
- Operations as per project requirement, such as: site preparation/clearing; excavation of holes/trenches; backfill or concreting holes/trenches; erection of posts/barrier posts and erection of fences/barriers.

The Site Foreman must deal with the client, residents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner. May be called upon to operate other equipment or engage in activities as the Company sees fit. Expectations of our Site Foreman are stringent and you are required to act in a professional manner at all times.

Your duties will include:

- Maintaining the highest standards of safe workmanship and follow good working practice within Health and Safety regulations.
- Planning, coordination and supervision of the erection of fencing and safety fencing and completing works to the highest standard as required.
- Daily travel to site from the Nairn area to national locations, along with possibilities of periods of working away from home.
- Working outdoors.
- Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials.
- Move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas.
- Instruct and train employees in the safe operation of construction equipment and tools and in job techniques and skills.
- Complete required site files and forms as required by the Quality Manual.
- Recommend purchase of tools, equipment, and material.
- Performs related work as required in accordance with the Quality Manual.
- Having overall responsibility on site for planning, operations, tools, plant and materials.
- Any other task reasonably instructed by Management.

**Experience**:

- Fencing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS Card (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
