**Mac Engineer - Apple Mac SME - Service Desk Analyst - Edinburgh Hybrid working - 6 month contract - outside IR35**
Are you a Mac Engineer looking for a new challenge?
Our Edinburgh client is looking for an experienced Apple Mac specialist to join a busy Service Desk team. You will be the main point of contact for all matters related to Apple Mac technology while also being an integral part of the Service Desk Team, i.e.troubleshooting, configuring and integrating Desktop technologies in large, enterprise scale environments.
- Proven experience working in a Service Desk role for large clients
- Excellent Apple Mac device knowledge and experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience of working with ServiceNow or other Ticket Management systems
- Knowledge and experience of Windows Desktop & Server systems, M365, Active Directory, Patch Management, Security tools and Application deployment is also preferred
- Flexibility to work 2 days onsite is expected
