**Job description**: Our client is an advertising company who are looking for a capable
**HR Advisor** to join them for a FTC, with potential for an extension.

You'll be a senior HR Advisor with solid generalist knowledge who can hit the ground running as you will be in charge of managing consultations around redundancy and restructure and implementing the OD structure. You'll be dealing with senior level employees and stakeholders so will need to be confident working with this level. You will be the kind of person who is proactive and happy to work autonomously but there is support from HR leadership when required.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience with restructures and redundancy procedures and organisational design implementation
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and employees
- Broad and relevant knowledge of employment legislation and labour law
- The ability to work autonomously and flexibly
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This HR Advisor role is a contract position paying £45-50k DOE. It is a FTC until June 2023 with potential to extend. The company offers hybrid working with 2 days in office. You must be available immediately or with maximum of 1-2 weeks' notice as this is an urgent fill. Interviews will be taking place this week.
