Coffee B is a thriving and popular establishment located in the heart of Hale, known for its exceptional coffee, warm ambiance, and excellent service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Café Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our establishment.

**Job Description**:
As a Restaurant Café Supervisor at Coffee B, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
- **Supervise Daily Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all aspects of service meet or exceed the established standards.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, considering peak hours and business needs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Manage stock rotation and minimize waste.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- **Promotions and Events**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and events.
- Participate in planning and organizing special events.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
