Well, we’re on the lookout for a local **Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO)** to work with us at our NHS & Private patient-focused dental practice in **Coleshill, Warwickshire.**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing dental group as a treatment coordinator. This opportunity requires you to be professional, confident, engaging and friendly, as you will be discussing treatment plans in-person and remotely.

- Manage all enquiries from new and existing patients
- Effectively manage the business sales objectives for the group
- Proactively play a role in supporting our marketing initiatives across the group
- Help to deliver and improve our patient journey
- Work closely with the wider team and develop good collaborative working relationships with individual practices
- Working within surgery as a Dental Nurse when required
- **Key skills for the successful Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO)**:_
- Be a self-starter with the ability to use social media platforms to support our marketing strategies
- Have strong organisational skills in order to prioritise work in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to use IT and computer-based systems
- The ability to use SOE is advantageous, however, training can be given
- Have excellent communication skills
- Having sales experience, knowledge is desirable
- Dentistry experience is not essential but desirable
- Understanding and awareness of the GDPR regulations

**Experience**:

- Dental Treatment Co-Ordination: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- GDC Registration as a Dental Nurse (required)
