Procurement Assistant

Our company is looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Assistant to provide support across out procurement and logistics department. The role will support tasks which are critical to the Procurement and Logistics team, completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner. This position requires exceptional accuracy and time-management skills, as well as multitasking proficiency.

Our Procurement and Logistics Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Supply Chain Ordering
- Managing deliveries
- Ordering materials and booking hotels upon instruction from higher management
- Assisting the finance department
- Assist with adhoc tasks

Essential:

- Accurate, methodical and great attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Perform well under pressure when required
- Previous experience of administration and finance tasks
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, which must include Maths & English grade 9-4 (A-C)

Desirable:

- Previous Procurement and Logistics Experience

** PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE BUT WILL INVOLVE SOME TRAVELLING. THIS WILL BE FAIRLY FLEXIBLE BUT THERE WILL BE A REQUIREMENT TO TRAVEL FORTNIGHTLY/MONTHLY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE BASED AROUND THE AREAS OF EXETER, PLYMOUTH OR LAUNCETON.**

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
