As a bar and restaurant supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. From preparing tables and greeting customers to taking orders, delivering delicious food and beverages, and handling payments, you will be at the heart of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager in the operational management of the venue.
- Take charge in the absence of the Manager, ensuring a smooth operation.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, leading by example with a proactive attitude.
- Organise restaurant bookings and manage the table plan, ensuring accurate and timely reservations.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all public areas throughout the day.
- Keep the bar area, restaurant, and equipment clean and in excellent condition.
- Take food and beverage orders, maximising sales with a discreet and professional approach.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate the EPOS system and reconcile the till at the end of each shift.
- Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.
- Assist in preparing and setting tables according to daily bookings.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding shortages, specials, and customer requests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Conduct stock takes and place orders with suppliers as required.

What we are looking for in you:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Legal eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Proactive and hands-on individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Barista training is desirable but not necessary as we provide training.

**Salary**: £17,858.35-£37,344.89 per year
