Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Ross & Liddell Lettings has created an opportunity for new team member a trainee Lettings Negotiator position to join our busy lettings team.

**The Job role involves**:

- Helping our clients’, landlords and tenants with all aspects of their needs.
- Marketing properties and coordinating viewings.
- Tenant referencing
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Liaising with and organising Contractors
- Updating Landlords
- Invoicing
- Arranging safety checks & inventories
- All connected office work - call handling and general admin

Permanent full-time post with hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
