Our client can design and install the perfect Solar PV or EV system that is totally aligned to the customer's needs. From the most basic of installations to a more complex web enabled, load managed, tariff selective or renewable power priority charger.

The projects they have worked on includes Residential works, High end houses and large workshops.

Head of Solar Position Overview

This position requires qualities including strategic leadership, team building, operational excellence, client relations, leadership skills, and a strong vison, utilising extensive solar PV experience and the ability to complete the responsibilities below:
Managing the operations and delivery of Solar PV projects for the department, including day-to-day requirements, utilising a strong background in solar systems installation, operations, and project management.

Being the point of contact for customer and client accounts, focusing on building lasting client relationships to identify new business opportunities.

Being involved in pre-start presentations to clients and staff, and with sub-contractor and client progress meetings throughout the construction.

Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits and ensure projects are to client requirements.

Providing any required assistance with design works, price works, and quotes to the client by utilising prior Solar PV experience and knowledge.

Ensuring the formulation, development, and monitoring of programs of works, and any aftercare requirements.

Scheduling installations, liaising with clients, PV designers, subcontractors, installation staff, and project managers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on-time.

- 18th edition
- 2391 test and inspection
- Strong solar experience
- Experience with Solar edge

Head of Solar Position Remuneration
- £45,000 - £60,000
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
