This organisation has put Salesforce at the heart of its tech strategy and you will have the opportunity to put your Business Analysis and Salesforce Administration skills to work across 6 Salesforce orgs including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries(Vlocity), that support various functions within this business globally.

To be successful in this team, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration skills. You will have exposure to Sales and/or Service cloud and you MUST have:

- Salesforce Administrator Certified (other Salesforce Certifications advantageous)
- Strong BA skills with experience in gathering and translating business demand into requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to take end-to-end ownership of work
- Agile experience is highly desirable as is any experience in any Salesforce DevOps tools and Jira

This is a hybrid role and you can expect to visit the office 2-3 times per month (ideally once a week although this is not a strict rule and there is plenty of flexibility on offer). Office locations are in Swindon, Wiltshire and Fareham, Hampshire. Fully remoteis not on offer for this role and the team still sees great value in getting together to collaborate and enjoy face time. Of course, if you prefer being in the office more frequently this is also possible.
