Superstar Property Agency Administrator to join our Super Prime Boutique Agency dealing with Lettings, sales & Property Management in Prime Central London. You will be a core member of our Letting team. You will be included in the Letting team target bonus.
You will have a proven track record as a Letting Administrator with property management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collate tenant, landlord & property documents to initiate a tenancy
- Organise the referencing of tenants.
- Prepare and execute the Tenancy Agreement.
- Organise the practical aspects of the move in, Gas safety, Inventory, Check In, Cleaning, Repairs and any other necessary agreed works.
- Invoicing Landlords and tenants.
- Lodge tenancy deposits and send out relevant paperwork to tenants.
- Completing tenancy renewals
- Assist in resolving maintenance issues, by working with landlord, tenant and contractor to see through to completion.
- Uploading properties to the portals
- Creating property brochures
- Executing marketing campaigns with the team.
- Working closely with the letting team and ensuring tenancies are managed effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Property Management: 1 year (required)
- Letting Administration: 2 years (required)
