You will liaise with Progression Tutors to establish appropriate skills needed and skills gaps to support aspects of a learners study programme and provide them with the skills needed to be successful in the workplace, develop a bank of resources that are appropriate and effective for all learners regardless of ability and evaluate the effectiveness of learning, teaching and assessment on learner progress and achievement.

**You will be required to hold a Teaching qualification Education and Training Level 4 or equivalent or willingness to work towards within an agreed time frame and English and Maths level 2 or willingness to work towards in an agreed time frame.**

**Salary**: £22,805.00-£29,728.00 per year
