Vibe Recruit are currently looking for **Warehouse Administrator ** to work with our well-established client, based in Bedwas, Caerphilly.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday
- 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour increasing to £10.90 after a successful probation period.

**Key Duties**:

- Receive orders and accurately interpret customer requirements prior to picking/ordering and entering onto the internal system.
- Ensure stock is replenished accordingly in line with internal procedures.
- Progress all orders in accordance with company processes ensuring all required information is recorded and communicated to internal production teams.
- Forward any queries with order to the Customer Services department ensuring correct procedure is followed.
- Advise the Team Leader of any issues, concerns, non-conformities and errors
- Ensure the order is correct and ready prior to transfer to next department.
- Work in a spirit of co-operation with team colleagues and other departments to ensure that customer deadlines are met.
- Work to quality standards and ensure the associated procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensures health and safety guidelines are followed at all times within the workplace.
- Maintains a tidy, clean and safe team working environment in accordance with all health and safety requirements.
- Reflects the business core values in all aspects of the role both internally and externally.

**You will need**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good data input and speed skills with very few mistakes
- Efficient time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Good problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
