Senior Residential Child Care Worker

**Residential Recruitment are seeking a Senior for a established company helping children and young people in a residential home who have learning dissabilities**
The salary is top end of the range depending on qualifications and experience.
This particular role is working with a brilliant company with an outstanding reputation within the childcare sector. A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you’ve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.
This company are open to seeking profiles of a Deputy Manager looking to step up, where they’ll happily enrol any successful applicants on a Level 5 - and experienced Registered Managers seeking a new environment to join this great team.
