**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:

- Professional and organized support of the local Webasto plants for the introduction and implementation of the Webasto Production System and its standards
- Leading interdisciplinary teams to conduct Kaizen workshops for existing processes and 3P workshops for new projects and processes
- Implementation of lean principles throughout the entire process chain from R&D, purchasing, logistics, and production
- Work alongside ME engineers and supporting functions to carry out continuous improvement across the shop floor
- Implementation of new processes in line with WPS.
- To plan the layout of the Manufacturing area to ensure optimum efficiency alongside the Manufacturing Engineer

**Here's what you can bring to the team**:

- Technical Qualification, min. HNC
- First professional experience in the areas of development, procurement, logistics, production, or sales desirable
- A holistic understanding of the "Toyota Production System“ preferred
- Willingness to learn, quick learner, high implementation motivation
- Team player with very good social skills, as well as assertiveness
