**Operations/Picker & Packer/Technician**

**Monday - Friday**

**Flexi time - work hard, hit target = flexibility**

**Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 D.O.E**

Multitude is a well-funded start up specializing in the supply of smartphones to businesses, but we have niche. We supply mobile phones with a cost saving, with less of an environmental impact than any other supplier and we supply phones to an identical standard of a brand-new mobile phone but they’re refurbished. We’re saving the world and we’re saving businesses money.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for making sure all inbound and outbound parcels are managed within a time efficient manner. You will be key to the business becoming and maintaining its status of efficiency. Taking pride in your work will showcase your eye for detail and impress. Becoming a founding member of the Operation team will put you in a perfect position to facilitate growth, subsequently becoming a leader of your department.

**Responsibilities**
- picking and packing goods
- packaging goods into branded boxes for direct dispatch of goods
- packaging goods into master cartons for bulk sales
- producing a weekly order for materials required to fulfil each job
- planning how to maximise efficiency for completing order in the following days
- working with stock management systems to monitor inbound and outbound stock
- working with repair teams to distribute repaired phones working to a strict SLA
- Ideally soldering is required, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.
- LCD and Digitiser repair.
- Battery replacement
- Charging Port repair.
- Diagnostics experience and finding cost efficient opportunities of repairing or replacing devise using knowledge/initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,854.41-£47,443.92 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
