Health Care Assistant/support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen within NO1HEALTHCARE working in a friendly, happy environment on either a Full time or Part time basis.
**What are we looking for**
**NO 1 HEALTHCARE** is looking to recruit UK experienced care/support worker, personable, flexible and motivated Support Workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our service.
As a support worker you should be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people.
You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of learning difficulties and physical issues. Some residents will exhibit challenging behaviours. Therefore, previous experience as a support worker trained in dealing with challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
As a member of the Support Worker team, you will need to work without direct supervision, will be responsible for meeting the support and care needs of the service users as determine in their care plans.
You must have an understanding of person-centred care, and must have a desire to uphold standards of quality care.
You should be willing to work shifts. General hours are long days, early shifts, late shifts.
You must be a dedicated individual - committed to working with excellence and professionalism.
**Job Types**: FULL OR PART TIME
**SALARY **:£11.50
**START DATE **:AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
**LOCATION**:East Ayrshire
**Main Duties**:
- Supporting young adults with Disabilities
- Work without direct supervision in the delivery of support to service user
- To provide personal support and care to service users in a flexible way which meets their needs.
- Working independently and in a team.
- Being able to provide high standards of professional care always.
- Ensuring Health & safety measures are always being taken and applied
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 months of UK care/support work experience is mandatory
- DBS/PVG
- Right to work document (BRP)
- Covid Vaccination Certificate
- Passport
