**Position: HR Advisor/Generalist**

**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about HR and making a real difference in people's lives? As an HR Generalist at Innovation Group, you'll have the opportunity to do just that. Working closely with our HR Operations Manager, you'll provide expert guidance and support to managers and supervisors, ensuring that our employees are well-supported and our business objectives are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the go-to person for managers, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, from employee relations to organisational change.
- Coach and empower managers to navigate employee issues effectively, fostering a culture of fairness, compliance, and accountability.
- Collaborate with our Occupational Health services to ensure the well-being of our employees and support their return to work journey.
- Provide timely and insightful data to drive strategic decision-making and support our operational goals.
- Play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HR, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be desirable;

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
