We currently have a great opportunity for an Electrician to join our in-house Construction company,?Property Plus.
Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Do you have experience of domestic EICR Testing (2 per day) and extensive experience of domestic installation?

If you have your BS7671 18th edition and your City and Guilds 2391 and you are looking for a new exciting opportunity, then we may have the perfect role for you

We will provide you with all the tools you will need to carry out your work and a company van, therefore it is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving licence.

You will be joining a team of 40 members of our in-house electrical division; carrying out aspects of HPG electrical work, including domestic, commercial, responsive, planned, EV points and LED lighting.

Previous experience working for a Housing Association

Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or JIB grading

Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service

Time served apprenticeship

Two years minimum as a qualified electrician

This vacancy is based in Staffordshire but you will be required to work in both Staffordshire and Shropshire at peak times, to cover demand.
