**Job Description** Job Purpose**:
To control and log the movement of vehicles on and off site whilst carrying out specific tasks that will include vehicle temperature checks and random vehicle searches.
- To ensure vehicles coming on and off site are correctly logged whilst ensuring no unauthorised vehicles are able to enter the premises without permission.
- To document all vehicle movements as per training ensuring that no goods vehicle can leave site without first having their vehicle checked for temperature and compliance.
- To carry out random vehicle stop & searches as instructed and reporting any unauthorised removal of goods from site as well as no unauthorised goods being allowed on site
- To remain vigilant at all times in matters of site security reporting any suspicious vehicle activity to the site management team.
- To ensure despatched loads are in a secure state before leaving the premises
- To work to the standards required by the Company
- Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out in line with Company Health & Safety policy and HACCP.

**Qualifications** Experience Required**:

**Desirable**

Working within a logistics environment
Full UK Driving Licence

Basic Knowledge of MS Office package
