McCalls is a leading Highlandwear specialist for both Hire and Retail Sales,

We currently have a Summer Temp part-time positions available within our Aberdeen Preparation Formal wear hire department. Duties involve unpacking hires, and cleaning the returned garments, duties will include, ironing, pressing, and sewing with blind hemmer and some minor hand sewing.

The ideal applicants would have good communication and good customer service skills with some previous pressing and sewing skills although not essential as training would be given.

**Position (21-28)**
Tuesday 1.00pm - 9.00pm

Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
(* must be available Tuesday eve*)

+ 1-2 x additional shifts 9.30-4.30pm (6.5) or Sundays 12.00-4.00pm

**Requirements Preparation Hire Assistant**
- Smart Appearance.
- Good Time keeper.
- An eye for detail and precision.
- Work well as part of team but also on own initiative.
- Good communication skills with a pleasant friendly approach.
- Have basic sewing skills or willing to learn quickly.
- Ironing, Pressing, Cleaning and Minor repair of Hire garments.

Making up and breaking down customers hire outfits

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £9.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week
