**Duties**:

- Manager and supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of project
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and abilities.
- Monitor progress of work and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company polices, procedures and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- SSSTS
- CSCS
- Telehandler ticket not essential, however preferred.
- Good leadership skills
