Recruitment Resourcer

**Recruitment R**esourcer (Remote and Home Based)**

In order to support our team ambitious growth plans, we are growing our recruitment team and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar resourcing role (up to one year) or looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and gain valuable experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Harper James is a national commercial law firm designed to support entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to exit. We aspire to disrupt the model for which legal services are provided to businesses. The firm’s innovative approach to delivering highly tailored and accessible legal advice is considered genuinely different to the establishment.

Harper James was founded in 2014 and continues to grow at c40%+ year on year. This financial year, more than 120 people will support more than 2,500 businesses and our turnover will exceed £13m. We expect to double in size over the next 3 years.

**What you need to bring to our team**

You will be working closely with our Head of Talent to support our direct recruitment process. This is a busy and fast paced role with lots of growth potential
- You’ll have excellent time management and appreciate the need to be responsive within a competitive recruitment market.
- You’ll have the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting workloads with strong organisational and communication skills.
- You will be expected to develop knowledge around our business model, different departments and practice areas.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and admin support skills.
- You’ll bring enthusiasm and professionalism to our relaxed and friendly team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the business recruitment strategy, developing a thorough understanding of the business model and what make us an employer of choice.
- Arranging interviews for the team.
- Promoting vacancies across social media.
- Maintaining our ATS.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
