**JOB SUMMARY**
- Providing exceptional service to guests in a 5-star environment
- Upselling & suggestive selling
- To display flair & showmanship when speaking to guests and elevate our art of hosting
- To take orders, serve drinks to ensure that guests have a great experience in ‘The Luggage Room’.
- To assist in serving food as required.
- Ensure Food & Beverage served is in line with standards.
- Empowered to make decisions to delight & enthrall our guests
- Bar prep ready for service
- Stock control
- Accurate billing
- Responsible for safekeeping of all keys
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines
- Follow Company policies & procedures
- Maintain high standard of personal appearance & hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area & follow ‘Clean as you go’

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
